from the International President
This past year, as we have continued to invest in young leaders, we have seen exceptional growth of Youth for Christ ministry. New and innovative initiatives are constantly emerging throughout the world exponentially increasing our capacity to impact young people with the Gospel. We have seen the Youth for Christ ministry established in seven new nations last year.
As ministry grows so does the need to train and equip leaders. Several comprehensive training processes with accompanying manuals have been developed over the past 12 months and this coming year we will be working on the delivery of these training packages to national leaders globally. Coaching and mentoring are significant elements of these leadership development resources and we will continue to invest heavily in these areas. Technology is an area we are investing in this coming year as we leverage the web services of Youth for Christ to increase our capacity to equip and serve the global community and better communicate with donors and partners.
