Active listening is a key trait to being an effective leader. Many of us pay little attention to the quality of our listening. We often get into trouble because we are too quick to respond.

We listen when we give our time, and complete attention to the person talking.

Better listening will improve the quality of our work, the quality of our clients and the quality of our relationships.
