GA 2008 Cancellation PolicyGA 2008 Cancellation Policy

All GA 2008 Registration Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but they are TRANSFERRABLE to a NEW registrant (someone not yet registered).

All Cancellations and Requests for Transfer must come in writing (e-mail, fax, or mail) and must be received by 31 July, 2008. Please include your name, country, and reason for canceling.

To transfer your deposit/registration rate to a new registrant we require two documents:

  1. Cancellation notice as outlined above. Please also note the name and country of the person you wish to transfer your deposit to.
  2. A completed registration form for the NEW registrant.
